Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with an assigned group of franchisees

- 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit environment, managing general managers or supervisors
- Demonstrated experience writing action plans with measurable outcomes
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and internal reporting systems
- Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Solid budgeting, prioritisation and project management capabilities
Language Skills
Fluent in French, English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
Other Qualifications
- Comfortable operating without a fixed 9-to-5 routine when urgent store issues arise
- Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills
