Apprentissage

Kia France  ·  Rueil-Malmaison , France

Full-time €3,900 - €4,800 / Month Work-study / apprenticeship (alternance), ideally 1+ year in a company or agency experience

Job description

Assistant.e Relations Presse en Alternance (H/F) at Kia France in Rueil-Malmaison

Job Overview

Kia France is looking for a Press Relations Assistant to join on a work-study (alternance) contract at its Rueil-Malmaison headquarters. The role sits within the Press Relations team and is built to give a student real day-to-day exposure to automotive media relations — from monitoring press coverage to helping run press launches for new Kia models.

This is a study-linked apprenticeship position rather than a standard permanent hire, meaning pay follows the French metallurgy sector’s collective apprentice pay scale rather than a market-rate salary, and the candidate will need to be enrolled in a relevant higher-education programme for the duration of the placement.

About the Role

The position blends editorial, administrative, and event-support work. On the media side, the assistant tracks daily and weekly press coverage, flags particularly relevant, unfavourable, or inaccurate articles for correction, and helps prepare and distribute press releases and press kits for Kia’s model range. On the operational side, the role also supports the press fleet — coordinating bookings, repairs, and any incidents — and contributes to building out Kia France’s media contact database in line with the brand’s evolving communications strategy.
