Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for acquiring large corporate customers and for regular competitive analysis.
• Develop a customer-focused fleet and PBV (eLCV) strategy, and produce the business plan and budget planning for both areas.
• Ensure dealers are approached and supported appropriately.
• Build and continuously develop the foundations and standards for commercial customer business.
• Monitor the fleet market and competitors, passing relevant information into product development.
• Design and deliver training concepts for commercial customers.
• Organise salesperson events, summits, congresses and trade fairs.
• Lead a team of six covering field sales and internal support functions, reporting to the Sales Director.

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a comparable subject, or a comparable vocational training plus further qualification.

Professional Experience

• At least five years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in the mobility industry.
• Solid sales experience in the large-customer segment.
• Experience in the PBV (eLCV) area is an advantage.
• Background in strategy and business case development, customer acquisition and account management, alternative powertrains and subsidy programmes, financial services and project management.

Technical Skills

• Excellent command of standard Office applications.

Language Skills

• German at negotiation level and fluent English.

Other Qualifications

• Leadership capability, as the role manages a six-person team.
