Job Overview

Kia Europe GmbH is recruiting a Manager for Organization Development to contribute to building an efficient, high-performing organization and improving employee engagement across the European region. This full-time permanent position focuses on developing and implementing concrete organizational development plans derived from Kia Europe’s People & Organization (P&O) strategy, helping the company establish itself as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyze employee engagement surveys across the European region
• Identify European organizational priorities and propose concrete improvement measures
• Enhance efficiency in cross-country and cross-departmental collaboration and organizational structures
• Assess core people processes and devise actions for organizational improvement
• Lead the annual Headcount Planning process across all business functions
• Link headcount planning with overall Business Plan objectives
• Support organizational restructuring and efficiency initiatives
• Contribute to employer of choice positioning strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in organizational development, HR strategy, or related roles
• Strong project management and analytical capabilities
• Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
• Experience with employee engagement and survey management
