Key Responsibilities

• Define, structure, and evolve the French-market light commercial vehicle range in line with Kia Europe’s strategy and local commercial goals
• Ensure the range reflects Kia’s brand and product positioning decisions
• Monitor commercial performance and profitability of the product line — volumes, mix, margin, and customer total cost of ownership
• Manage the full lifecycle of models in the range, including new versions, offers, and range activations
• Contribute to pricing policy in coordination with Finance and Commercial teams
• Plan and coordinate product launches with Kia Europe headquarters and internal departments (Commercial, Communications, Training, Logistics)
• Maintain accurate product administration across internal systems — range, equipment, pricing, technical data
• Conduct market and product studies, including quantitative and qualitative research, customer profiling, and total-cost-of-ownership analysis
• Maintain structured competitive intelligence covering products, pricing, B2B offers, and conversions
• Analyse commercial performance data (registrations, mix, version/fitment penetration) and set up regular KPI reporting
• Manage relationships with partner vehicle converters and support development of new market-specific solutions
• Identify unmet customer needs and propose new product or partnership development
• Provide technical support to converter partners, including technical data and 3D files, in coordination with engineering
• Track homologation, regulatory compliance, and taxation matters tied to vehicle conversions
• Develop product information materials for the dealer network and customers — catalogues, spec sheets, and sales tools
• Coordinate with Communications, Training, and B2B Sales teams to support network performance
• Contribute to trade shows and commercial events focused on light commercial vehicles

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Higher education in Marketing

Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the light commercial vehicle sector

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel
• Good working knowledge of Jato and NCBS (automotive market data platforms)

Language Skills

• English at B2 level

Salary
