Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with an assigned group of franchisees
• Conducting regular store visits to monitor and drive operational performance
• Guiding new store openings through to smooth launch
• Coaching franchisees and store staff on standard operating procedures
• Helping franchise partners develop and execute local operational plans, covering customer experience and store operations
• Identifying and addressing compliance issues under the franchise agreement
• Conducting periodic franchise business reviews to track profitability
• Supporting succession planning by developing store leadership talent
• Acting as a liaison between store leadership, franchise ownership and head office
• Monitoring sales, service times, product quality and customer satisfaction metrics

Candidate Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree or HBO-level working and thinking ability.

Professional Experience

• 3-5 years of practical store-level operations or consulting experience, ideally within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector
• 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit environment, managing general managers or supervisors
• Demonstrated experience writing action plans with measurable outcomes

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and internal reporting systems
• Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Solid budgeting, prioritisation and project management capabilities

Language Skills

Fluent in French, English and Dutch, both spoken and written.

Other Qualifications

• Comfortable operating without a fixed 9-to-5 routine when urgent store issues arise
• Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative, cross-functional working style
