Job Overview

Kia Europe GmbH is seeking an Assistant Manager for Network Development to join the Channel team, which enhances Kia’s retail representation and performance across the European region. This position focuses on developing dealer network strategies and supporting European markets through retail store optimization, corporate identity implementation, and customer journey digitalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of Kia Store roll-outs across national sales companies
• Ensure alignment with global strategy and business objectives
• Develop showroom digitalization strategy for implementation across European markets
• Oversee retail strategy execution and dealer development activities
• Coordinate implementation of Kia’s new corporate identity in showroom environments
• Support network partners in executing dealer development strategies
• Monitor market performance and dealer satisfaction metrics
• Contribute to Channel team projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2-3 years experience in retail operations, dealer management, or network development
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
• Experience with retail transformation or digitalization projects
