Job Overview
Kia Connect GmbH is recruiting a Manager Connected Car Service Business for its Frankfurt am Main office. The position is full-time, advertised at mid level, and open to applicants of all genders.
The job is a commercial one: driving the performance and monetisation of Kia Connect’s connected car services across Europe. That portfolio covers paid subscriptions, over-the-air upgrades, premium digital features and usage-based services.
Alongside monitoring how existing services perform, the role identifies growth opportunities, builds customer value propositions and develops business cases so connected services generate lasting value across the customer lifecycle. EUJOBHUB summarises the vacancy; Kia Connect handles applications.
About the Role
Kia Connect was set up in 2019 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Kia Europe and manages the group’s connected car services in Europe. This position sits at the commercial centre of that business — the point where product capability, pricing and customer willingness to pay meet.
The work is broad by design. It runs from KPI tracking and forecasting through pricing and go-to-market concepts, into financial modelling of revenue potential, adoption, profitability and break-even, and out again into collaboration with Finance, Legal, European markets and headquarters.
